Attitude of the population to studies concurrent with employment. Topics: participation in further education courses; areas of further education; organizer of the courses; reasons for participation and point in time; further education desires and their actual realization; educational goals; obstacles for participation in measures for further education; attitude to the possibility of studies concurrent to employment; personal interest in studies and probability of taking up studies (scale); judgement on studies concurrent with employment (scale); meaning of studies (scale); employment in the civil service. Demography: month and year of birth; sex; marital status; school education; vocational training; household income; living together with a firm partner; school education and occupational position of partner; social origins. Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate; presence of other persons during interview and their intervention in interview; reliability of respondent; length of interview; date of interview; Also encoded was: age and sex of interviewer.
