Abstract
As part of the evaluation of the federal programme of a training subsidy (Bildungsprämie), the RWI surveyed participants of the programme who received a subsidy as well eligible non-participants. Die titles of the surveys for each groups were "Experience with the Bildungsprämie" and "Employment today and tomorrow". The data were gathered using computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI). Contents of the survey: a) usage and claim of subsidy voucher, implementation of the programme, gains of the further training, b) various aspects regarding previous further training participation, c) employment status and change in the labour force participation, d) occupation, tasks, responsibiliest and their respective changes, d) satsifcation with work.
