From the beginning jurisprudence students at the FU Berlin a sample
of 49 students was interviewed.

Political attitudes and general personality characteristics ofbeginning students in Berlin and Muenster. Topics: Origin and socialization milieu; course of education;motivation for studies and reasons for selection of the subject;occupation prospects; professional image; profile of demands on thedesired occupation; political interest; party preference; membership ina party or political college group; active participation in schoolrepresentation; memberships during time in school; judgement on thepolitical development of the FRG; financing of studies. Scales: fear, anomy, dogmatism, nationalism and rigidity. Demography: age; sex; marital status; school education; vocational training;occupation; income; housing situation; social origins; refugee status;military service.
