    Situation of employees in the social and wage area, in the area of human relations, in attitude to the company, to the workplace and to the company environment as well as to economic questions of the company. Topics: 1. Common part of questionnaire: judgement on wage fairness in the company; criteria used to establish wages and salaries; interest in company shares and judgement on recommendations for capital accumulation in the hands of the employees; time worked each week and overtime; shift work; preference for reduction in working hours or lengthing vacation; number of sick days; knowledge about the form of enterprise and company owner; length of company employment; personal position in the company; company size; leisure activity; party preference; commuting times to work and means of transport used; religiousness. 2. Questionnaire form A: judgement on company organization and one´s own workplace; judgement on work efficiency in the company; contacts with guest workers; assessment of personal job security and the order situation of the company; job satisfaction. 3. Questionnaire form B: judgement on the team and colleagues at work; judgement on superior; judgement on the atmosphere at work and most important characteristics for good cooperation within the team; assessment of personal weaknesses; frequency of tensions between superiors and subordinates; person to confide in in the company; manner of contact with boss; judgement on leadership style and authority distribution; recommendations to improve management; company ties; judgement on company image; significance of the works council; opportunities of inner-company further education and promotion; desire for more independence and responsibility; desire for occupation as self-employed. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; number of children; religious denomination; school education; vocational training; further education; occupation; professional position; employment; professional career; income; household income; size of household; city size; possession of durable economic goods; possession of assets; memberships; health.
