    Atmosphere at work in the Federal German Armed Forces from the view of recruits and junior officers. Topics: Activities before and during time in the Federal German Armed Forces; atmosphere at work and work satisfaction; attitude to the Federal German Armed Forces (semantic differential), military training, superiors and comrades; frequency of contacts with superiors as well as change of superiors; description of the leadership conduct of the group and platoon leaders; comparison of military and civilian occupation; attitude to the Federal German Armed Forces as employer; circle of friends in the Federal German Armed Forces (sociometric test); dogmatism scale; wearing the uniform outside of working hours; with volunteers: reasons for the decision for voluntary service. Demography: age; marital status; school education; vocational training; occupation; social class; social origins; regional origins.
