    Habits of urban consumers in the area of nutrition, in particular with basic foodstuffs. Topics: Nutrition habits; change of nutrition habits; taking meals; consumption of various basic foodstuffs; amounts consumed and importance of selected foods; meat and meat substitutes; use of bread, milk and milk products; influence of price, taste, quality and health on consumption of foods; attitude to canned food and frozen food; canning oneself; planning and rationalization before shopping; reactions to price changes; maintaining supplies; purchases at a weekly market; preferred type of store, shopping opportunities and shopping habits; extent to which informed and information need with purchase of foods; acceptance of innovations with foods; attitude to cooking; ideal type of a good housewife; membership in a housewives organization and a consumer co-operative; monthly expenditures for nutrition; working hours in household. Demography: age; marital status; religious denomination; school education; vocational training; occupation; employment; household income; size of household; composition of household; social origins; city size; state; possession of durable economic goods; membership. Interviewer rating: willingness of respondent to cooperate; length of interview.
