    Attitude to the German-Polish relationship and German foreign policy. Topics: Attitude to Ostpolitik and the foreign policy of the Brandt/Scheel government; evaluation of the treaties of Moscow and Warsaw as well as the transit agreement; attitude to reconciliation with Poland and assessment of the future development of relations with Poland; regional origins and local residency; party preference; memberships; work satisfaction; city size. Scales: attitude to Ostpolitik, readiness for conflict regarding Poland. Semantic differentials: judgement on peoples (English, Chinese, Czechs, Italians, East Germans, Poles, Americans, French, West Germans and Russians) and evaluation of political key words (such as e.g. dictatorship, democracy, prosperity, nation, disarmament, co-determination, Social Democracy and National Socialism). Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupation; income; household income; size of household; state; refugee status.
