Topics: Attitude to West German neutrality; attitude to a western policy of strength; judgement on the destruction of the Stalin Myth; judgement on the increased travel activity of Bulganin and Khruschev; assessment of the seriousness of Soviet foreign aid for India; assumed effects of the culture offensive on the reputation of the Soviet Union; attitude to establishment of cultural and economic relations between the Soviet Union and the FRG; assessment of the actual interest of the Soviet Union as well as of the Americans in general international disarmament; reading or knowledge of American newspapers and magazines, books, films, American exhibitions and the ´Voice of America´; visit to America Houses; knowledge of visitors to America or personal travel to America; contacts with Americans since the end of the war; loans and possession of stocks; preferred investment form; local residency. Demography: membership in clubs und organizations and offices taken on there; frequency of participation in meetings and get-togethers; party preference; age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupation; household income; state; refugee status; possession of assets; social surroundings. Interviewer rating: social class and willingness of respondent to cooperate; number of contact attempts; city size.
