    Occupation career, job situation, work orientation as well as the family and financial situation of mine workers in Liberia. Topics: Illiterates among the siblings; number of wives and interest in polygamy; marriage form; living together with wife and children; occupational activities of wife; number of children; desired occupation for one´s own children; number of wives and occupation of father; financial contributions to the family; occupational activities of siblings in the modern or traditional sector; actual and preferred supplemental payments of the company; preference for occupational cooperation with people of one´s own or a different ethnic group; ethnic group affiliation of wife and mother; memberships; desired clubs or organizations; interest in savings organization; amount of debts and savings; degree of qualification of current occupational activity; length of employment in current company; reasons for taking work in current company; amount of hourly wage; reasons for city/country preference; assumed reasons for flight from the country and migration into the city; detailed information on number, type and length of earlier employments; reasons for change of positions; work satisfaction; age at taking first place of work; interest in change of position; preferred occupation; participation in further education courses; satisfaction with housing situation; residential status; amount of rent; leisure activities; place of work, ethnic group affiliation as well as place of getting to know the best friend; comparison of personal general situation in life with that of friend and the residents of native village; comparison of friendships in the city with those in the native village; assumed reasons for greater or lesser respect regarding individual workers; comparison of respect experienced in the city with that in the native village; conduct regarding a lazy colleague; German superiors as advisers with problems and type of problems; type of problems with German superiors; perceived care from superior; preferred contact with company problems and complaints; preferred area for more expenditures; problems at work as well as in the rest of life; preferred ethnic group.
