    Characterization of residential surroundings and satisfaction with housing. Topics: residential status; length of residence; local ties; further length of residence sought; earlier place of residence; judgement on current residential area in comparison to earlier residential areas; missing or particularly satisfactory facilities in residential area; judgement on types of residential areas; frequency and success of attempts to achieve improvements in residential surroundings; most important requirements of optimum residential surroundings and residence; conducted and planned residence renovations; general judgement on personal residential area (scale); advantages of city and country life as well as characterization of residential surroundings (scale); general contentment with life; number of floors in building. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; school education; occupation; occupational position; employment; residential status. Also encoded was: date; territory type; number of floors (including ground floor) in the building; number of residences per floor; floor of person interviewed.
