    Attitude of young people to school, society and politics. Topics: leisure behavior; boredom; group affiliation; place and time of group meetings; meeting without schedule; available rooms for the group; frequency of meeting; reasons for low frequency of meeting; attitude to foreigners and the role of women (scale); parents deceased, living separately or divorced; stepfather or adoptive father; characterization of relationship with parents as well as characterization of parents or stepparents or adoptive parents; detailed information on degree of relationship, judgement on strictness of parental child-raising; personal influence as child on family decisions; preference for an autoritarian child-raising style with one´s own children; division of labor and authority structure in parental family (scale); personal ideas about the distribution of tasks between man and wife as well as authority structure in one´s family; ideas about an optimum division between employment and family in case of raising children; moral concepts about family, politics, discipline, fatalism, trade unions and external versus internal control (scale); information on school attendance, school form, church school, mixed class of boys and girls; school satisfaction; coping with the demands of school; self-classification as good or bad student; interest of father as well as mother in school achievements; frequency of injustice perceived on the part of teachers; school aspiration level; employment plans and reasons for choice of occupation; number of applications in the search for a training position; number of trainees at work; information on course of training; training corresponding to personal expectations; satisfaction with treatment as apprentice; expectation of being taken on in regular employment; satisfaction with work; feeling of achievement-based pay; company size; satisfaction with choice of occupation and possible reasons for dissatisfaction; length of possible unemployment; attitude to National Socialism, Jews and communists; discussion about politics at home and with colleagues; desire to join a party; attitude to nuclear power; knowledge and sympathy as well as personal affiliation or that of close persons with selected social groups such as punkers, {illegal} building occupiers, youth organizations of parties, rockers, nationally-oriented groups, nuclear power opponents and groups with alternative ways of life; military service or conscientious objection; emigration desire; consensus with family as well as friends on attitude to guest workers; frequency of conversations about guest workers; assessment of the Germans as hostile to foreigners; personal contacts with foreigners and their country of origin; conflicts in contacts with foreigners; sympathy scale for Greeks, French, Spaniards, English, Yugoslavs, Italians, Americans and Turks; optimistic future prospects; marriage desire; preferred marriage age; preference for living together with partner before marriage; desire to live alone; desire for children; preferred number of children; prospects for the future for Germany and expected economic development.
