In the complete project with a sample of initially 384 married couples three surveys were conducted in intervals of 1 to 2 years. The spouses were interviewed at the same time but independently of each other by 2 interviewers. The data set contains the data of the 446 respondents (223 couples) who took part in all three surveys. Part of the complete project are ZA Study Nos. 1559 to 1561 under which the individual surveys are desribed. For men and women different questionnaires were used dealing with the same content but taking the sex of the respondent into consideration in the question formulation.
