    Attitude to energy corporations and to nuclear power. Judgement on the reactor accident in Chernobyl. Topics: most important political tasks; sympathy scale for the Post Office, trade unions, oil companies, insurance companies, employer´s federations, electric companies, banks, home construction companies and the automobile industry; specification by name of one´s own energy provider; general impression of the energy provider; desired information from the power producer; preferred and meaningful energy sources for future power supply; most important reasons for this preference; knowledge about the currently most important and in future desired energy sources in the Federal Republic; most able and most trusted party or institution or reporter on questions of energy policy; knowledge about the nuclear power plant accident in Chernobyl; extent of change in attitude to nuclear power plants due to this reactor accident; earlier and current attitude to nuclear power; trust in the safety of German nuclear power plants and assessment of the probability of such an accident in the Federal Republic; attitude to nuclear power plants and to the long-term or short-term shutting down of nuclear power plants (scale); willingness to pay increased power prices to replace nuclear energy; reduction in nuclear energy in the FRG, even with further operation of nuclear power plants in the other European Countries; feeling of being affected by the reactor accident in Chernobyl and assessment of this feeling in the majority of the population; assessment of the credibility of an energy brochure depending on different editors; judgement on the description of the effects of the reactor accident by official sources; party, institution or media, to whom one ascribes the most believable description of the effects of the reactor accident; age of children in the household; party preference and behavior at the polls in the last Federal Parliament election; distance to the nearest nuclear power plant; interest in purchase of a condominium or a house; intended point in time for this purchase.
