    Judgement on the parties. Attitude to political questions. Political and social orientation. Topics: judgement on the current economic situation in the Federal Republic and expected further development; judgement on the development of unemployment; interest in politics; party inclination; party inclination in principle or based on the situation; most important criteria for party allegiance (scale); issue relevance and issue competence of the parties; the party with the greatest ability to solve the future problems of the Federal Republic; personal change in party voted for; behavior at the polls in the last Federal Parliament election; party preference (Sunday question and ballot procedure); certainty of one´s voting decision; intent to participate in the election; attitude to election of the FDP to make possible a coalition government with the CDU; assessment of the willingmess of the SPD to form a coalition with the Greens; acceptance of an SPD-Greens coalition; social values (scale: significance of tradition, achievement, spiritual change, citizen involvement, money, law and justice); sympathy scale for the parties and top politicians; self-classification as well as classification of the major parties on a left-right continuum; religiousness; ties to church; fear of unemployment or short time work; self-classification of social class; social mobility; union membership and offices held; solidarity with trade unions; eligible voters and age of children in the household.
