    Judgement on parties and politicians. Attitude to questions of security policy and general current politics. Attitude to foreigners. Topics: At all nine survey times the following questions were posed: party preference (list procedure and rank order procedure); sympathy scale for the parties, government, opposition and selected top politicians; party inclination; party identification; union membership; religiousness; description of residential surroundings; city size. The data set contains the cumulation of ZA Study Nos. 2195 to 2200 as well as 1277, 1278 and 1282. In July 1982 no survey was conducted. The Politbarometers present a monthly trend investigation commissioned by the Second German Television (ZDF). Further Politbarometers are archived under ZA Study Nos. 1053, 1275, 1276, 1536, 1762, 1779, 1899, 1901, 1920, 1987, 2101, 2102, 2114, 2160, 2171, 2182, 2194, 2201, 2209, 2221, 2275 as well as 2287.
