The interviews were conducted by interviewers, who visited the respondents in pairs. An oral survey by means of a standardized questionnaire was followed by a theme interview recorded on tape. In the course of the oral interview all attitude questions were posed exclusively in the form of written interview under supervision of the interviewer. In 81 cases the partners of the first interviewed target persons were also interviewed. For this the same questionnaire was used but the questions on household were omitted. The partner information is included in this data set.
