The original data are available in the IfD Allensbach as a so-called "Staebchenspiel", as a "Korrelations-Baukasten", as described in E. Noelle, Umfragen in der Massengesellschaft, rororo 1963, page 204-205. Making the data machine-readable was commissioned by the Zentralarchiv in 1993. At the Institut fuer Demoskopie {Institute for Public Opinion Research} in Allensbach the data set has IfD Archive No. 20.
