Note
The data set contains selected data of all participating countries and all years in cumulated form. There are further questions asked in the respective waves, to the extent they did not lend themselves to cumulation because they were posed less than three times. CEEB1: The GDR data was post-weighted according to household, age, sex and region. CEEB3-8: Where possible, the results for each country were post-weighted by a matrix of highest level of education completed within age and also according to the regional distribution. Where information was not available for education within age, the results were weighted by each factor separately, and also by region. The overall results for Central and Eastern Europe as a whole were weighted according to each country´s 15+ population. The single data sets of Central and Eastern Europe Eurobarometer waves 1-8 are archived under ZA Study Nos. 2493, 2251, 2321, 2474, 2577, 2802, 2924 and 3068. Wave specific information is available in the framework of each individual study description.
