Employer survey: Owners, managing directors, and HR managers of companies and businesses with more than 5 employees in industrial sectors with above-average proportion of functional illiterates who constantly or often employ low-skilled workers without professional qualifications. Employee survey: Workers with simple or average education, who have no vocational qualification or often work directly with low-skilled colleagues without professional qualifications. Considered were employees of companies and businesses with more than 5 employees in in industrial sectors with above-average proportion of functional illiterates.
