    For the first time, the monitor digital education provides a comprehensive and representative empirical data base on the status of digitalized learning in the various educational sectors in Germany - school, job training, university and further training.

Sampled Universe
Training Employers in companies that are currently looking after trainees or who have taken care of trainees up to two years ago. A Training Employer is responsible for the trainees according to the Instructor´s Training Ordinance (AEVO or AusbEignV) and for the training in the company as a whole. The respective company must be an apprenticeship company, employ at least one trainee and train according to a valid training system.
