Sampling Procedure Comment: A three-stage stratified representative sample was drawn in accordance with the principles of probability model of sampling. The stages in sampling procedure were demographic regions, randomly chosen municipalities, and local communities in villages and city districts where respondents were selected randomly, mostly from voters’ lists.
