    Housing conditions in rural areas of Tanzania. Issues: Origin; migration; reason for migration; evaluation of village in former times and today; perceived changes in the village and evaluation; evaluation of own plot in former times and today; evaluation of own house; living space; health conditions; climatic conditions; smoke and heat situation caused by the fireplace and safety against fire; problems with thieves and safety of house; experiences in construction of houses and particular skills or technologies; evaluation of fundies in the village; knowledge of and experiences with governmental institutions, such as Construction Unit, Tanzania Housing Bank and Nyumba Bore Campaign; description of former houses; kind of house, in which respondent likes to live and chances to realize that; current housing conditions of children and desirable future conditions; general and personal preference to spend additional income; personal ideas of a very good house; knowledge about and experiences with the life in town; evaluation of life in town.
