    Development forms and influence factors of development of mental achievements in childhood and adolescence (particularly at transfer from lower grade, junior high and high school). Topics: Cognitive capabilities: school achievements in individual subjects; teacher judgements about specific achievement particularities; test results on concentration ability, attentiveness, verbal agility; special abilities in technical, musical, linguistic, athletic and artistic area; support of particular capabilities; personal orientations: moral orientations; learning attitude; learning motivation; goals in life; actual school habits; self-concept; cognitive interests; social personal relations; occupation orientation; cultural interests and orientations; leisure behavior; leisure interests; use of new information technologies; use of mass-media; use of cultural offerings; preferred cultural activities; cultural-esthetic orientation; family development conditions: sociability; structure characteristics of family; child-raising situation; emotional parent-child relationship; social relations: collectivity; school habits; social effort; identification; friendships; psycho-nerval prerequisites: physical and psychological ability to hold up; neurotic conduct characteristics.

Note
The first and second or fourth and fifth wave of the "Schoolchildren Interval Study Capabilities" are archived under ZA Study Nos. 6117, 6118 or 6120 and 6121. The Interval Study was continued after 1990 in the project "Risk Situations and Risk Behavior of Young People" in the eastern states. The waves have ZA Study Nos. 6180 to 6183. Furthermore the "Schoolchildren Interval Study Capabilities - Younger Cohort" was conducted in parallel in an older cohort (ZA Study Nos. 6122 to 6127 and 6184 to 6186).
