Topics: Status of growing together of both parts of Germany; fulfillment of expectations of currency, economic and social union and the unification contract; national identity; personal role in the German-German unification process; understanding of native country; ties to state; interest in politics; stand on unification of Europe; changes since German unification regarding democratic involvement, occupational development possibilities, satisfaction of material needs, participation in cultural life, health precautions; opportunities for political participation; assessment of standard of living; understanding of the term "quality of life"; preferred group for solution of social problems; occupation with problems such as unemployment, disarmament, war, growing crime, growing thoughtlessness, environmental destruction, bureaucracy, rent increase, hunger and poverty in underdeveloped countries; prospects for the future; stand on foreigners; trust in the socially-oriented market economy, power to achieve of the German economy, politicians, democracy and principle of rule by law, parties and organizations, trade unions, God, friends, family and in one's own person; judgement on the GDR; things typical for the GDR; assessment of dealing with the history of the GDR in the media and in politics; future of the socialist idea; place of residence; state.
