    Political attitudes. Topics: Party preference (Sunday question); party affiliation; strength of party affiliation; party affiliation in principle or at the moment; agreement to various statements on parties (CDU should also include conflicting interests in itself, internal party discussions should not endanger the unity of the party (SPD, CDU, FDP, Die Grünen), Christian world and human image should be the sole basis for political action in the CDU, concrete problem solving should be more important for the parties SPD and CDU than adherence to their basic values, CDU should not follow the spirit of the times in its programme despite the loss of votes); reasons for commitment in a party; assessment of the reputation of CDU members, SPD members and members of the party Die Linke at the place of residence; left-right placement of the parties CDU, CSU, FDP, SPD, Die Grünen, Die Linke and AfD; left-right self-placement; attitude towards political demands (equal treatment of same-sex couples with married couples, women should stop working after the birth of children, the right to a state-guaranteed job, state benefits should be saved, Islam belongs to Germany as does Christianity, Germany should be much more critical of the USA, women´s quota harms the economy, preference for traditional family forms, minimum wage as a good thing, traditional values and lifestyles are lost more and more, protection against dismissal in Germany should be relaxed, tax burden for German companies too high, Germany needs more immigration, abolition of private health insurance funds, children should not grow up in a same-sex marriage, no EU accession of Turkey, ban on mass animal husbandry); religion and church: ´C´ in the CDU a renounceable relic from old times; religion as supporting reason of the own life; religiosity of the parental home; characterization of the place of residence. Demography: sex; age; denomination; religiosity; frequency of church attendance; highest school leaving certificate; memberships; probability of membership (trade union, association, citizens´ initiative, party); church affiliation; employment status; current or former sector; occupational group; occupational status.
