    Medical care close to home. Topics: Family doctor; place of the family doctor´s practice; patient at the family doctor´s for how many years; frequency of consultations with the family doctor in the last 12 months; family doctor makes house visits; means of transport used to get to the family doctor; time spent to get to the family doctor; cost of getting to the family doctor; importance of various criteria when choosing a family doctor; Criteria for the willingness to be treated in a group practice or a medical care centre (MVZ); importance of treatment by the same family doctor; willingness to travel longer distances and maximum distance in km to be treated by the same family doctor; preference for classic individual practice or medical care centre; assessment of family doctor care in the region as a whole; Inpatient treatment in hospital over the last five years; name of hospital; prescription medication; expectations of doctors beyond the medical aspects; criteria for willingness to be treated by ´Versorgungsassistentinnen in der Hausarztpraxis (VERAH)´; criteria for willingness to use telemonitoring; reasons for refusing telemonitoring; important prescriptions which cannot be redeemed immediately due to closed pharmacies; advocacy of the supply of certain emergency medicines by doctors during home visits; willingness to use a dispenser to obtain medicines outside the opening hours of pharmacies; evaluation of the pharmacies used with regard to various aspects.
