  • Abstract

    This dataset includes the symptoms and basic demographic information for subjects who had a diagnosis of suspected arboviral illness, including dengue, chikungunya, or Zika virus infection. They were recruited in Machala, Ecuador from 2013-2017. The collection details are available in: Stewart-Ibarra AM, Ryan SJ, Kenneson A, King CA, Abbott M, Barbachano-Guerrero A, et al.
