The last page of the survey gave participants the possibility to participate in a lottery with a 50 Euro Amazon coupon as an incentive. Common time taken to complete the survey was about 10 minutes. The survey was conducted in June 2015 and sent out among a probability sample of 10,000 students at a German university.
