  • Abstract

    We developed and optimized a Massive Open Online Course [MOOC] for the development of information literacy [IL] for students of upper secondary schools in Switzerland. Teachers often feel insecure in the pedagogical use of digital media and therefore need tools to support them. The evaluation showed that teachers who intensively supported the learning process and enriched the MOOC with further tests and discussions were more successful.
