    Attitudes and behaviour towards digital governance. Topics: Willingness to use online offers to settle official matters generally for all or only for certain official matters; official matters which the respondent would rather not want to settle online (open); worries and fears when settling official matters online (hacker attacks, no control which authorities can use personal data, no sufficient help to operate the system, delayed settlement of personal matters due to technical faults); Importance of various aspects in the handling of official matters online (authorities regulate everything among themselves so that as few forms as possible have to be filled in, query the data transfer every time personal data is used, can see at any time which authority has which personal data, release of personal data can be revoked at any time, authorities actively inform about entitlement to certain services); Internet use; things that the respondent has already done online (creating an account in a social network, ordering things that have been delivered to his or her home, doing banking, booking a hotel, booking tickets for air or train travel, filing a tax return, making an appointment to visit the authorities). Demography: sex; age; employment; highest educational attainment; net household income (grouped); intention to vote in a federal election; voting behaviour in the federal election. Additionally coded: region West/east; weighting factor.
