    The job situation, the relationship of personnel to patients and to colleagues from the view of hospital employees. Topics: sanctioning and personal communication of personnel among one other; innovative communication, work-related and patient-related communication; idealization of care of the sick; influence on one´s own work; judgement on stress burden at work; work satisfaction; relationship with patients; cooperation difficulties and judgement on cooperation on the wards; relationship with superiors; frustrating situations and trouble in the hospital; assumptions about the satisfaction of patients on the ward; authoritarianism; contacts after work; attitude to leisure time. Scales formed ad hoc were primarily used in the survey. Demography: age (classified); sex; marital status; religious denomination; school education; occupational training.
